Ol' Red White and Blue
Well let me tell you a little something about my day. I have to work at 8 am until 8 pm. It's what happened in the a town like mine. You work those holidays until you fall over on the ground. Hopefully during the day I can run outside and shoot some pictures of the parade. :) For a little town like mine we put on the best fourth of July EVER! After that I'm back inside seating and serving those customers. (Can't wait to be out of the restaurant business!) The kids games in town are at 1 o'clock, but I am not sure if I can make it over there to take some pictures and enjoy the fun. They have potato sack races, three legged races, watermelon eating contest. Everything you could think of at an event like this! Then after that there is really nothing going on in town, until its completely dark then everyone and their mother goes down to the lake shore and watches this town go up in lights with out AMAZING fireworks display. Did I mention we have the biggest and best display in northern Michigan? That my friend is no opinion we have been rated and talked about all over the country. :D

I can't say how awesome it was to host the GFC Blog Hop yesterday! :D I do apologizes for my post not being there, but it was still awesome that you lovely ladies (and a couple guys!) came and saw what I am all about! My internet was down all Monday and half of Tuesday for no reason at all. I am so upset! I tried all night trying to connect to the internet. Anyways, I'm back and it's back and I want to thank you all so much for participating in this wonderful Hop! I love meeting new people and I have a few changes to my blog in the near future. Thank you again!

What is everyone doing to celebrate independence day?
You all have a wonderful fourth of July! I am off to work!

  1. I used to work those long fourth of July shifts too in the little town I grew up in... It was so exhausting! I hope you got to enjoy the fireworks though!
