First Week.

The first week of school was crazy! 
  1. Getting into the new routine.
  2. I changed my room around
    • We all need to have change every once in a while and I was just sick of the way my room was. So I had to move every thing around. I am not sure if I like it or not, but it was change. Change is good... to a point. 
  3. March Madness
    • I have made plans for March! I am super excited! My sister and I are going to see The Tenderloins in Minneapolis! :) If you do not know who The Tenderloins are; then I wonder if you know who the Impractical Jokers are? Well they are the same people. I tomorrow I will buy the tickets and then all I have to do is wait. Yippee!! 
  4. Smoothie
    • I have been looking at food on Pinterest for a long time now and I finally got the motivation to make one. I made a smoothie. It had bananas, strawberry yogurt, milk and peanut butter. Yes it was really good, but the next time I make it I am going to leave the peanut butter out. :)

  1. I love this shirt! I might... just might.. when I get all of my finances in order I may have to order this shirt. :)
  2. Yumm strawberry shortcake trifle. :) How delicious! Making this for a friend for their birthday?
  3. A bride and groom picture. I think this is a sweet idea!
  4. I love everything about this outfit. I will have to find each item, but I love it! :)
  5. This bottles are really cool. I could see these on a coffee table or a center piece. 
  6. I really want to make this scarf sometime. I want to make a blanket of all my Ferris shirts and things, but I would love to do one of these as well. 
  7. I absolutely adore this dress. I don't know how I would look in it, but it super cute. If I could afford it I may buy it. But ya know finances. :S

First Day Of The Spring Semester

So my first day is over. Yes, its only 2 in the afternoon but its over. I woke up early, like 7, to make sure that I was ready for my 9 o'clock class. I was a little worried that I was going to be in a knot because I didn't have any of my books and well I still don't. But hopefully when we get the delivery soon I will have one or two.

Today I had my accounting class, management class, advertising class, and pop culture class. Its definitely a mix of classes but I think I am going to be okay this semester. A lot of people have trouble with accounting but I think I am going to like it. Yes its classified as a math class but its a business class. My professor says that numbers don't matter concepts do. Love it! So I could have the totally wrong number but if I use the right concept, the right way to solve the problem you got it! My management is going to be pretty nice. The guy is a former casino manger. Actually he started his own casino, which is really cool. Advertising class is no sweat. It is just a seminar class. A couple of presentations here and there and a little bit of reading. Now for my most interesting class is the pop culture. The guy is a bit different. I mean the class will be okay, but I don't know if I am going to be able to sit through 15 weeks of the prof. But hey i signed up for the class so I have to go through it all.

Being back at school is really weird since I had just over a month off of school. I found out that a lot of people are not coming back this semester. Some for financial reasons and some just transferred. It makes me sad that when I saw them last semester is probably the last time I will see them.

Looking Back on 2012

What was the greatest things about 2012? Let me create a little list for you! :)

1. Almost to the date I started this blog! Happy blog anniversary!
There have been many ups and downs to this blog. Kinks and loops to sort out. But I love the way my blog looks and I love blogging. I have meet so many people through blogging and all of you are wonderful!

2. I finished my 1st year of college!!
That was one bumpy ride and let me tell you, from the time I started school to the time I finished school I grew up so fast. I cannot believe all the challenges and tribulations that I have been through and completed! Go me!


3. I met some awesome new friends this summer while working.
Some of these people will definitely be friends for a life time. If everything works out the way it is looking to be we all will be working together again this summer!


4.  I believe within my heart and mind that I grew up.
No only did I grow older but I believe wiser and smarter. I know some of the things I shouldn't have done this year and some things that I should have done that I didn't.

5. I have made some mistakes in love.
You know how somethings you've said and then after the fact you regret saying them? I have found out that, that happened to me. I have said somethings I shouldn't have said and now many relationships have changed because of that.

6. You have to take care of yourself
With my dad having to do into this surgery with his foot I have learned not to put things off medically it could mean bad news bears.

Birthday Shmertday.

I was going to rant and rave about how boring my birthday was and how I didn't do anything. Well nobody did anything for my birthday. I was sad all day. I cried a little and then at the end I realize that I shouldn't be sad because there are people out there who no one even knows about their birthday and they still move on like it is nothing. 

So I did spend most of the day all to myself. Watching reruns of Impractical Jokers and Tenderloins Youtube Channel and listening to their podcast  Can you tell I like them a lot? Well it made me laugh and I got in a better mood by doing so. 

I made my own cake which is okay because I love to bake. I got a lot of sympathy because I made my own cake but it got my mind off of a lot of things and I could be creative.

New Years Eve Whatchamacallits

I forgot to write about what I did on New Years Eve. Well since I work with my parents we normally throw a New Years Eve party at our bar and this year wasn't any different. We decorate the bar and make little finger food appetizers. This year we made veggie pizza (which is always a hit!), meat balls, chicken wings, bacon cheddar ranch pinwheels, water chestnuts wrapped in bacon, and cheese and crackers. 

Every year we have the same band (or parts of the band) which is Chasin' Steel. They are great! People up here love them and after years of having them at our New Years Eve party why would change it up?

I thought I had some pictures on here but I must have put them on my mom's computer to use for her business Facebook page. Whoops! 

I only have about a week left at home and its off to school for me! If I could go back now I would but I know I have to be here and help out my mom because my dad is still laid up from his surgery and he will be for a while. He needs to heal completely before he can start walking around and doing things that he normally does. But the doctor gave him the okay to come home so today he made the 10 hour trip back here. He stayed at my grandparent's house for the time being.

Impractical Jokers Review

I have never done a TV review but I am going to do one just to get the word out about this show and if you have already heard of this show then now you will know my thoughts and opinions on it. 

The show is Impractical Jokers and its airs on TruTV on Thursdays at 10 pm. It's a hidden-camera practical joke show. This show will definitely make you laugh until your stomach hurts. Seriously you all need to watch this show! If you're having a bad day or you need a little (or big) pick- me-up watch this show. You can watch clips on TruTv.com or you can go to their Youtube channel and watch their clips as The Tenderloins. 



Anyways to the show. There are four guys on the show; Murr, Q, Sal, and Joe. They are four life long friends who make a living out of embarrassing each other in public. They do anything from falling asleep on complete strangers to strip high five to rubbing lotion on people on the boardwalk. The four of them come up with different things that each of them have to do in public. When its their turn they have to do and say what the others tell them to via an ear piece.

So let us take the most recent episode for example they all have to protest something and have a complete stranger join in by grabbing the extra sign and walk around with them. Three of them would stand off at a safe distance away not to be noticed and one would have these signs that they don't know what they say. Once they look at it they have to chat or protest and try to get someone to join in on them. Their signs read as followed. Murr - Help me lift my restraining order, Sal - Tax that ass, Joe - Wash it after. Now Q did not have a sign because he bet Joe that he could get someone to join in on the protest betting the whole show with him. 

What do you mean betting the whole show? Well throughout the whole episode there are probably three to five different task that they have to do and if they complete it they get a thumbs up if not they get a thumbs down and the loser at the end of an episode has to do something... yup you guessed it embarrassing. So at the end of this episode Joe was put into a stock and people from the public came up and did things to his face. Things such as hit him with fish, or a pie, you know things of that nature. 

This show is amazing. I love it so much and I am not sure I have laugh so hard at a show in a very long time. So like I said earlier if you need a very good long laugh or something to make you smile watch Impractical Jokers on TruTV at 10 on Thursdays! :)
